Hey there, I understand that items we purchase online don’t always fit as we expected or maybe we just end up changing our mind when we have it right in front of us. No worries girl, I totally get it and I got you!
Unfortunately, as any other store Distinctive Demoiselle also has its own rules in terms of returns and exchanges, so please make sure you carefully read this policy.
No Refunds will be issued! We will give you a store credit in the form of a discounted amount that you can use on your next purchase.
- You have 10 days from the date of receipt to exchange your item.
- Returns for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item will be at the customer's shipping expense.
- To begin the return process, you must send us an email FIRST at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your item back
- Allow 1-2 business days for us to provide you with a response.
- We will send you specific instructions for your return, so please make sure you also check your spam, so you don’t miss our email.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return/exchange/store credit.
- Returns must be received within 10 days from when a response was given, no exceptions.
- All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached
- Please allow up to 3-4 business days to inspect and process your return once we receive it.
- Once your return has been approved, you will receive a store credit to your account in the form of a discounted amount that can be used on your next purchase.
- The store credit will only reflect the amount that was paid for the items at the time of the purchase. (This amount does not include shipping cost)
- Expired coupons or prior special deals used for the initial purchase cannot be applied to a customer’s exchange purchase.
- Once you receive your discount code (store credit) you will be able to complete your exchange directly on our site by repurchasing whatever item(s) you choose.
- During the return process, we will not hold items for customers, due the fact that customers in the past have changed their minds about making a return and items have been held that could have been sold.
SHIPPING POLICY/PROCESSING TIMES:
- Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be packed and shipped within one to two business days.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will then receive an email notification with your tracking number.
- Your shipping confirmation email will have a link within that will allow you to track your package. Please note that changes to your shipping address cannot be made once your item has been shipped.
- If you chose the standard shipping at checkout, your item should arrive in 4-6 business days, after it has been shipped.
- Even though we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.
- We do not ship on Sundays, or holidays.
